Each suite comes fully furnished and is turn key ready to start your business today. Included in your suite is WIFI, all utilities, onsite laundry, shared waiting room for clients with coffee and water. There are no hidden fees. Based on your type of work: we provide mirrors, chairs, shampoo bowls, massage table, pedicure chairs, manicure tables, etc.
The Suites
We offer 3 sizes of suites and you can choose which will match your needs. Once you choose you can customize the space to match your style by painting and decorating how you choose. We have single spaces (135 sq. ft.), doubles (185 sq. ft.) and a triple (300 sq ft).
We offer 6 month and year lease options. With all first time leases you get 2 free weeks to move in. Signing a year lease we give an additional 1 week free
